Devices bought directly from NewJaisa carry a 6-month warranty from the invoice date, covering hardware malfunction under normal use. Battery and charger are covered for six months against functional failure. Extended warranty applies only if purchased.
You can request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, significantly different from its description, or missing parts or accessories. Contact our support team to start a return. After 14 days, requests are handled under the Buyback Program and applicable deductions apply.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding holidays). Delivery typically takes 7–8 business days and may vary by location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID once your order is dispatched. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

When you are ready to upgrade or no longer need your device, the Buyback Program lets you return it to NewJaisa, with depreciation applied as set out in the Buyback Policy.
