Initially, the refurbished laptop had a ghost-touch / auto-focus issue that made it difficult to use. After reporting the problem, the support team promptly arranged a return and provided a replacement unit. The replacement laptop is working properly and the ghost-touch issue is completely resolved. Keyboard, touchpad, and overall system behavior are now stable with no abnormal input or focus problems. Overall performance of the laptop is good and meets expectations for daily use. The only remaining concern is battery backup, which is around 2 hours, indicating normal wear for a refurbished battery. I appreciate the support team’s response and resolution approach, as the replacement solved the main issue effectively.
