How do I sign up with NewJaisa?

You can sign up with NewJaisa through your mobile number, or even with Whatsapp Login.

Mobile Number Login - On entering your valid mobile number, you will get an OTP on that number, verify that OTP and you are ready to go!

Whatsapp Login - You have to send auto generated message to Gokwik on Whatsapp ,then it will provide you with your login credentials via link. That's it!

What are the payment mode that is supported on NewJaisa?

We accept both prepaid and cash-on-delivery (COD).

The prepaid options available are:

How long is the standard warranty period for refurbished items?

The standard warranty period is one year for all refurbished products except Apple products, which have a six-month warranty. You can also purchase an extended warranty to cover your refurbished product for up to two additional years.

How can I return a product that does not meet my expectations?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your new look or budget-friendly purchase, you can return the product within 14 days, provided it’s in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. Are there any fees associated with returning an item?

While returning items, please note that original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part. Additionally, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase cost may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.

What conditions must a refurbished product meet to be eligible for the buyback program?

To be eligible for buyback, your refurbished product must be in good working condition without significant damage or wear. It should also include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Please ensure the product remains scratchless and in a new look condition for optimal buyback value.

What is the buyback percentage for my refurbished product?

The buyback percentage is determined based on the product’s age and is calculated as a percentage of its original purchase price. The buyback value decreases over time, as outlined in our policy:

  • Year 1: Max(50%, 100% - (days) * 0.14%)
  • Year 2: Max(20%, 30% - (days - 365) * (10 / 365))
  • Year 3: Max(0%, 20% - (days - 730) * (20 / 365))

How long does it take to process a refund after returning a product?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How does NewJaisa handle warranty issues that cannot be resolved remotely?

If a remote resolution is not possible, an engineer may visit your location or you may need to send the product to our service facility for inspection and repair.

What is NewJaisa’s policy on products purchased from third-party marketplaces?

Products purchased from third-party marketplaces are not covered under our buyback or warranty policies. Only products bought directly from NewJaisa’s official website or physical store are eligible.
