It didn't look like a refurbished laptop at all; it looked absolutely brand new! I also received the original charger with it. Additionally, the laptop came with a 1-year warranty and 1-year Quick security features.

I purchased a refurbished Lenovo Laptop at much siitable price and found it works very nicely. They delivered it in very advance than offered delivery date. The packing was so nice and professional which could protect the product, if happen any mis happening during transit.
I bought a Lenovo ThinkPad L480 (i5 8th Gen, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) last month for ₹22,800. It looked almost brand new, and the original charger was also in great condition. After one month of use, the laptop is working well, with a battery backup of around 2.5–4 hours. I also received a 2-year warranty. I just hope it stays problem-free, and if any issue comes up, the warranty will take care of it.

Good overall experience, Laptop working smoothly, the colour is coming off of the keyboard and its only been 5 days. Definitely a recommendation if their buyback process is also this smooth for whenever in future i'll upgrade my laptop.
Everything looks good .Laptop works like new ,No lagging at all..Just battery consume fast.No issue anything ..Go for it it was like new laptop.Everything 👍
It was great purchase. Value for money. the support team was supportive. I had received a over heating charger and they sent a replacement immediately. I was skeptical about the performance, the battery is good with around 4 hour back-up.
some time it was hanged it happened 2 times between my mock test and sometimes casually otherwise no issue i restart it but hang abhi bhi ho rha hai i dont know what to do
