Soon after... ... I open the laptop it gets switched on. Without using power button and heating laptop when using 3 or 4 tabs that's the only concern, otherwise laptop condition is very good like new and price and costomer support is very nice Thanks You Jaisa Team....👍
I ordered Dell Latitude 5290 laptop. It worked seamlessly except for weak audio sound. However, lately it has started giving intermittent keyboard issue. Sometimes keyboard works while sometimes it doesn't work at all. The local support provided by them tried keyboard driver change, keyboard change, laptop format but nothing worked. Then they asked me to courier the laptop to Bangalore office and took 8 days to send the same back to me.
On receiving it, I noted that the intermittent keyboard working problem still persist.
There Manager, Escalation Team don't want to talk to you. Email follow up doesn't work. Very pathetic support.
