This is worst product and you will be able to use it for 6 months only, after that laptop screen will go off. Better to burn your money instead of buying this product.There is another problem they will send you damaged product initially and latest you have to go through lot of frustration to get replacement, and they will consider 6 months warranty from the date of invoice not from the date of delivery.

Damaged in 7 months now it is scrap.

Outside look, keyboard and screen of laptop look new. But touchpad shows the longtime usage. Laptop performace is good when using browser and small apps. I didn't get chance to check heavy softwares. Inbuilt mic and speakers are working but not great. This can be manageable using headphones. I have been using this laptop for 7days. No significant issues so far. This laptop is recommended for budget lesser than 20k.

Very bad service amazone and new jasa don't buy any product. First hard disk issue then battery issue.issue not resolved by amazone or new jasa. Don't waste money on this kind of product. If you purchase its . there's no replacement by amazone or new jasa. No proper knowledge of both customer care executive. Don't purchase any product of new jasa seller and amazone.
