Dear Team New Jaisalmer,
I wanted to thank you for the smooth and timely delivery of the refurbished laptop I purchased. The product is in good condition as described, and the performance so far has met my expectations. I appreciate your prompt communication and support throughout the process.
Looking forward to continued support in case of any future concerns. I’ll definitely consider buying from you again and will recommend you to others as well.
Best regards,

Every thing was good, except your delivery agent. First he came to a wrong address despite that I went there but he wasn't staying the same place where he called to come, when we went that place and made call him he, said, I am here come here, when we went there he said I am here come here. He did this 3 to 4 time, I didn't say anything to him or get angry to him because I didn't want to disappoint or filling bad him... My I humbly request you to sir is that next time I will be no there, some harsh person will be.. and he will punish your delivery agent so please make understand your delivery agent how to behave... May be this my words also hurt you, for this I Am sorry and Thank you.
