Honestly I loved New Jaisa 10/10, the founder of the business has good sense of it. NJ has an experience center to test & compare the product, nobody will disturb us until we are satisfied with what product we want, nobody forces us to buy product instead shared the knowledge of choosing the right laptop to me, ultra easy payment method, I have never seen somebody who does the pre-delivery packing part so well and the best part is that laptop looks brand new. My parent's almost believed that I bought brand new laptop and were surprised hearing my experience!! I will honestly recommend people to visit the NJ center and it is worth 100%. I guess NJ team should market it little better in social media because people feel it is one more second hand laptop/computer showroom. Also, I feel the senior executives should be bit more polite in Bangalore team, have patience and support the colleague who is trying to sell the laptop.

Hi, I recently purhased a refurbshed laptop from newjaisa technologies. I was very happy with the computer's performance and look as it did not look like it was a refurbished but it looked very new laptop and just like its name as Newjaisa. However, the one upsetting thing was as I was promised a laptop bag with the laptop by the representative and instead I got a mouse. I tried contacting the same person who told it on the whatsapp even tried calling and texting but he was responding to anything and I was very frustrated. The next thing I did was emailing to support@newjaisa.com and they took care of it by shipping the bag. Thank you for a faster response and I appreciate it for the same.

The laptop looks a bit bulky than thought. Display doesn't seem like HD. The functioning is slightly slow despite the 16GB RAM. The delivery was slow - and the support team also was not very helpful to provide the status and the tracking. Your support said 'next day' and for the laptop to be delivered it took 14+ days.
